Start Hole Drilling
Our machine excels with extremely high drilling performance in carbide, achieving up to 12 mm/min, redefining the term “start hole shooting” without damaging the material structure.
Deep Hole Drilling
With EDM erosion and especially our AGEMA machine, we can create higher aspect ratios than any other chip-removal process. For example, we can effortlessly drill 60 mm deep with a 0.30 mm electrode.
Micro-Drilling
We can process all conductive materials with electrode diameters starting from 0.05 mm. Bores under 0.30 mm—where others fail—are in our comfort zone.
